We are a small shop and we strive to provide the best customer service to you as possible. Our goal is your ultimate satisfaction and enjoyment of all of our Coza products. If you should change your mind and desire to return purchased items, please see our return policy details listed below. 

• All returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.
• Returns are for store credit or merchandise exchange only.
• All returned items must be unwashed and unused.  
• All items purchased on sale or with a promo code are final sale.
